We understand the unique challenges and opportunities that women-owned businesses face when pursuing government contracts, and our mission is to provide you with the knowledge, resources, and support you need to not only navigate this intricate landscape but to excel within it. Our program offers personalized consulting, valuable networking connections, insightful research resources, and the option to showcase your expertise with thought leadership content. The program aligns with our unique WOSB Government Contracting Success Roadmap, which identifies nine areas of focus for accelerated growth, as shown in the image below:

Join us on this transformative journey as we work together to achieve your business goals, break down barriers, and empower your business to reach new heights. The section below details our monthly program offering, we require an initial 3-month engagement (i.e., 12-week program) to kick-start your growth. If you would like to stay in the program longer than 3 months, we can continue working with you to achieve your business goals!

Our Monthly Support Includes:

Four (4) 60-Minute Consulting Sessions with Antix Consulting Founder, Orianna Nienan
Participants receive weekly 60-minute consulting sessions with agendas that align with our WOSB Success Roadmap. One session per month will include a pipeline review and health check. We also discuss networking events and areas of thought leadership, discuss your niche, and spend time working on any barriers to success you have identified.

Two (2) Business Networking Opportunities Identified
Participants receive information about at least two (2) business networking opportunities related to their service offering, and access to a live list of dozens of events and conferences for review. Recommendations may include guest spots on relevant podcasts or speaking opportunities at industry events. Opportunities may be near- or longer-term and may or may not require investment (i.e., a conference ticket or similar fee).

One (1) Facilitated Networking Discussion
Program participants have the opportunity to engage in a 30-minute facilitated discussion with another female entrepreneur, with the option to request specific discussion topics. This enhances your networking and knowledge-sharing experiences. Make connections that matter!

One (1) Ad Hoc Research Request
Participants can submit one (1) ad hoc research request, which can include activities such as reviewing a potential partner, examining history for a specific government contract, providing a specific market research data point, or other research needs as agreed upon.

Two (2) Proposal Reviews

Support for a maximum of two (2) proposal and/or offering reviews (e.g., Pink Team and Red Team reviews). While not a legal review, we may provide comments about contractual considerations. You receive high quality feedback, improving the quality of your proposals or offers.

Optional Bonus: One (1) Thought Leadership Blog Post
As an optional bonus, program participants may choose to receive one (1) thought leadership blog post for their website. This blog post is crafted with a search engine optimization (SEO) strategy focused on keywords relevant to your business. This helps participants demonstrate their expertise and increase their online presence.

This accelerator program is designed to offer a comprehensive support system for women-owned small businesses seeking success in government contracting. The program encompasses business development consulting, networking, research, and content marketing to aid in the growth and development of the participants' businesses in the public sector.

  • Improved win rate (may take time to realize depending upon your bidding frequency)
